      Customizing Your Product

      How does this work?

      It’s easy! Fill-out the personalization section on the product’s page when adding an order to your cart. After you've placed your order, you'll get a proof of your customized product within one business day. So, keep an eye out for it! Once you've approved the proof, your order will ship within 24 hours. At that time, you will receive a shipping notice via email.

      I really like a particular design, but I want to change the wording.

      Changing the wording is just fine! Note the specific changes and the wording you want on the design in the personalization section. We will send you a proof with the new wording to make sure we got it right.

      Can I see what my design looks like before it gets made?

      Yes! We will send you a proof to the email address you provided at check-out. At that time, you can reply back with your approval or any changes that need to be made – a second revised proof will be sent if needed. Please note, we do not start production of your order without your approval, so keep an eye on your inbox for the proof!

      Can I apply my own design to a particular product?

      Yes! However, applying your own design to a product requires an additional fee based on the complexity of your design. Payment for the extra fee is sent to you via PayPal after you place your order and we review your design. To apply your own design, simply note in the product’s personalization field that you have your own design and would like to pay the extra fee to have it on your product. We will contact you via email from there.

      Yes! However, applying your logo to a product requires an additional fee based on the complexity of your logo and how big you want it. Payment for the extra fee is sent to you via PayPal after you place your order and we review your logo. To apply your own logo, simply note in the product’s personalization field that you have your own logo and would like to pay the extra fee to have it on your product. We will contact you via email from there.

      Using Discount Codes

      Can I use two discount codes in the same order?

      No, sorry! Only one discount code can be used per order. For example, you can’t combine a Groupon code with a free shipping code, or any other codes.

      Can I use my discount code on Etsy?

      No, sorry! But the good news is, discount codes can be applied to purchases made at www.stampoutonline.com! Make sure you check-out and pay through our website only.

      Shipping

      How is shipping calculated?

      Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products in your cart and the distance from our Glendora CA shop. Shipping takes 2-4 business days for standard shipping in the U.S.

      Do you ship outside the United States?

      Yes we do. We're happy to ship internationally! We recommend choosing priority shipping when ordering outside the United States because first class shipping for international orders may take up to 30 days with limited tracking information. Please note that we DO NOT calculate tariff or duty fees into our pricing, as every country and city is different.

      Can I order online and pick up at your store?

      Yes! If you live in California, there is an option at check-out for local customer pick-up at no charge. We are in Glendora, California. If you choose local customer pick-up at check-out and you are not near us, we will send you a PayPal request or get payment over the phone for the shipping cost. Please choose the local pick-up option, only if you are local and plan to pick-up the item up from our store.

      Groupon Offers

      How do I redeem a Groupon offer?

      Once you purchase your Groupon, you will receive an email with a discount code to use on our website www.stampoutonline.com.

      1. Click on item link you want on the Stamp Out website
      2. Locate the design you want
      3. Add your custom information into the personalization information box
      4. Choose your quantity
      5. Click “buy now”
      6. Click “checkout”
      7. In right sidebar, enter the Groupon code received from Groupon in the field marked “gift card or discount code.”
      8. Click “apply”

      Finish the order transaction by filling out your customer information, including email address, shipping address - and last, continue to preferred shipping method.

      My Groupon code won’t work, what’s wrong?

      Not to worry! You might be using the Groupon voucher number instead of the actual Stamp Out website discount code. Double check you are using the correct code.

      Please note:

      • Enter the code exactly as it appears in the email, including all non-alphanumeric characters like dashes
      • Do not add any spaces between characters
      • Make sure there is not a space before or after the whole code, which you may have pasted into the discount code field

      I bought a Groupon code for 2 items, and I want them shipped to different locations, what do I do?

      Purchase both items in the SAME transaction because your discount code can only be used 1 time. Note the custom information you want on each item in each product’s personalization section. At check-out there is a dialog box for additional notes. In this box, tell us you would like one of the items shipped to another location - note the product, the recipient name and address. We will send you a PayPal request for the extra shipping cost, or take payment over the phone for the shipping cost.
